Our fine dining establishments, Rusticas Steakhouse at Silvertip Resort and Saliken Dining Room at Eagle Ranch Resort have both been awarded a 2010 Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator Magazine. Evaluations are based on demonstrations that their wine lists, service, cuisine and ambience are worthy of the program’s highest honors. This is the second year in a row for Rustica and the first award for Saliken.
